Manual Installation

Due to problems with the System Shock 2 installer, it is sometimes necessary to install manually. The first thing to do is download Kolya's System Shock 2 patch. The instructions below assume you save it to C:\.

At a MS-DOS command prompt (running CMD.EXE), type the following commands:

C:\>mkdir c:\path\to\sshock2\current
C:\>xcopy /s d:\shock c:\path\to\sshock2
C:\>c:\ss2tool_v.2.4.exe

Following the prompts and select Patching up and Getting Mod Ready and any others you want/need.

Once that's finished System Shock 2 is ready to play.
